Health, done properly.
A science-led six months with Guy Leggett, built around your body, your week and the life you're not willing to give up.
Leiful, say lay-ful. From the Italian lei, "she".
Knowledge was never your problem.
Your macros have been free for a decade. You've read the books, downloaded the apps and done the challenges. What's been missing is a plan built for your body and your week, and a person who knows you and holds you to it.
Your Season, step by step
- Apply, then a free call to see if it's right for you.
- Week 0: your welcome pack arrives.
- An in-person Kick-off to start properly.
- Fourteen consults that taper as you need them less.
- Graduation, with your cookbook and Club card.

A specialist who knows your name
Guy Leggett has coached one-on-one for over ten years and online since 2018: more than 200 clients. He teaches workshops at Brisbane Pilates studios, and built Leiful for the women he kept meeting who'd done everything right and still weren't being looked after.

About GuyThe Leiful Club
The work doesn't stop at week 26, but it gets a lot easier. Graduates keep their app, a monthly check-in and four gatherings a year: the Autumn Walk, the Winter Kitchen, the Spring Climb and the Summer Table.
About the Club
Before you apply
Do I have to give up wine, eating out or holidays?
No. They're built in.
I already do Pilates. Will I have to stop?
No. We build around it.
Is this just a meal plan?
No. A meal plan is what an app gives you. This is six months with a specialist.
How much time does it take?
About two hours a week of your attention.
